I specialise in developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline 3/360 and designing interactive PDFs, infographics, and workbooks with Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint. Additionally, I excel in SharePoint site development, Power Automate automation for SharePoint, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance of storyboards, and providing ad-hoc assistance in learning design and LMS administration tasks.
